Drawing on her real‑life experience in construction, Dilys created Bella's Big Build to introduce ideas of teamwork, planning, and leadership in a way that feels playful, accessible, and empowering for young readers.

This book is the first in a planned picture‑book series exploring building, collaboration, and big ideas through animal characters that children love.
